Using Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and to give accurate information when you contact us, rent an instrument, or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your portal login secure. Website content, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Texas Marimbas and may not be copied without our permission.

Instrument Rentals

Each instrument rental is governed by the rental agreement you sign at the time of rental, including pricing, payment schedule, delivery, care, damage, and return terms. If the rental agreement conflicts with these Terms, the rental agreement controls for that rental.

Texas Marimbas Text Messaging Program

Program name. Texas Marimbas Text Messaging Program, sent by Texas Marimbas, LLC.

What you will receive – We will only send messages regarding your marimba rental service including rental activation confirmations, delivery and pickup scheduling, billing issues, account updates, and responses to your questions.

How to opt in. You can opt in by checking the text message consent box when you rent an instrument, on our website, or in the customer portal. Consent is optional and is not a condition of renting an instrument or making a purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to cancel. You can reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at [email protected] via text or call at 817-482-9006.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Changing your number. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or contact us so we can update your preferences.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our website is provided “as is.” We try to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
