How do I update my billing information?

Simply log into our customer portal where you can update your credit card and other customer information.  We’ll use that updated CC info on the next attempted charge.

How do I cancel my marimba rental?

If you log into our customer portal then you’ll see a “cancel” link next to the marimba rental subscription section.  Click that link to cancel the billing.  We’ll then follow up to schedule a pick up. 

Do I keep it over the summer?

Most percussion instructors recommend that the student practices over the summer to keep up their skills.  However, if your student doesn’t plan on continuing band then you should definitely turn it in.

Do you offer rent-to-own?

No, sorry, We only offer rentals and purchases.  This is how we keep our rental prices lower than anyone else in the area.  If you are interested in owning the marimba, we suggest you purchase on outright either from us or used on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist.

Do you deliver outside the Dallas-Fort Worth Area?

We are currently focused on serving the DFW area so we only offer marimbas in our service area.  We’ve found it is not financially feasible to deliver or ship marimbas outside our area.
